Fire Escape Stairs with Hanging Steel Staircases – ALBA, Lebanon

Project Overview:

• SIMTEC designed and installed innovative fire escape stairs for ALBA (Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts), Lebanon’s top architectural school, combining cutting-edge design with practical safety features. The staircases are suspended from a steel structure and covered with yellow ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels), preserving ALBA’s distinctive identity.
